Lisa Conti Resized

Madonna High School announces that Mrs. Lisa (Enrietti) Conti  will be  the commencement speaker.  Commencement  for forty-four graduating seniors will be held on Sunday, May 15, at 2:00 pm at St. Joseph the Worker Church.   The Baccalaureate Mass will be held on Saturday, May 14, at 5:00 pm at St. Paul’s  Church.

Mrs.  Conti is a lifelong resident of Weirton and is the Director of Physician Practice Operations at Weirton Medical Center.  She is a nurse with 40 years of hospital, home health and assisted living experience.

At Weirton Med, she is responsible for day to day management of WMC Physician Practices, overseeing program development, and serving as the liaison between the hospital and physician practices. She is a graduate of Madonna High School Class of 1975,  Shepherd University and West Liberty University, holding associate and bachelor degrees in nursing.

Lisa also has extensive community service experience serving on many boards including The Hancock County Board of Health, The Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Child Advocacy Comfort House, Weirton Area Ambulance and Rescue Squad, and Weirton United Way. She is an avid Rotarian and is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Weirton Heights.  She has also been coordinating the Blood Analysis Program at the hospital for over 30 years, volunteering as the Athletic Department trainer at Madonna High School,  and is a FEMA volunteer for Hancock County.

Lisa is a member of the St Joseph the Worker parish.
