Three Madonna High School students, who were members of the graduating Class of 2014, were recognized on a national level by the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.  The students placed in the top three in their categories in the Catholic Daughters’ annual education contest which takes place around Catholic Schools week in January.  Alisandra Welch placed second in computer art, Alan Alimario placed third in the music division and Emily Pietranton placed third in poetry.  Three out of the four awards to students in West Virginia were received by the Madonna High School students.  Congratulations to Ali, Alan and Emily!
