Madonna High School is now accepting nominations for the hall’s 2018 induction class. Forms are available at the school office or clicking on the following link. In the second link are additional instructions, and the third link provides some additional information about the Hall of Fame
Nomination forms are to be mailed to MHS, attn: Christine Holmes, 150 Michael Way, Weirton, WV 26062.
The deadline to submit a nominee is May 18, 2018.
Each nominee must exemplify the highest standards of ethical conduct and moral character. All candidates for the Hall of Fame must be at least 5 years removed from being a student at Madonna High School to receive consideration for the nomination.
The categories of School Service, Philanthropy, Stewardship, Athletics, and Public Service are included on the nomination form for expediency in understanding the primary area in which an individual is to be considered for his/her enshrinement.
A nominator may only nominate one individual annually.
