Andrew Higgins ’14 Sworn Into WV State Bar Association

Andrew Higgins ‘14 was sworn into the WV State Bar Association at the WV State Capital and the WV Southern District at the Robert C. Byrd Courthouse in Charleston on June 7, 2022. Fellow alumni and cousin Christopher Blair ‘03, was Andrew’s sponsor/presenter. Also in attendance: Andrew’s mother, Sharon ‘83, brother Nicholas ‘16, aunt Mary Ann Kinder ‘76, and uncle Tracey Kinder. Andrew works at Rokisky, McCune, Wilharm and Blair Law in Weirton.
