On Monday, August 14, 2017 the Madonna High School faculty, staff, administration as well as Fr. Dennis, Fr. Larry, and Fr. Tony ushered in the new school year with a retreat with the theme “ALL ARE INVITED TO THE TABLE” at the Sacred Heart of Mary Cafeteria and Church.
All in attendance prayed, laughed, broke bread, sang, chatted, got reacquainted after a long summer, and joyfully celebrated the sacrifice of the mass. It was the most fitting way to begin a new school year with a focus on the presence of the Lord among us in our work with the students, and calling to mind what gifts each of us “brings to the table” this school year.

- Our speakers: Mr. Lesho (Madonna principal), Bob Perron (Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry), and Fr. Dennis Schuelkens (Madonna designated pastor)

- Mrs. Higgins & Mrs. Jasko for their hospitality in arranging food & drinks
- Mrs. Kerr and the parishioners at Sacred Heart of Mary Parish for their hospitality in using the beautiful facility and worship space
- Mrs. Vidas for providing the music for mass
- Mr. Takats, Mrs. Canella, Mrs. Lafferty, Mr. Eloi, and Coach Hicks for leadership roles at mass
Many blessings to one and all for a faith-filled, fruitful, FUN 2017-2018 school year for the Madonna High School family!
