Marshall University JCESOM held its annual white coat ceremony on July 25, 2025, to welcome the Class of 2029. Joining this class is Kelsey Crawford (center) of Weirton, W.Va., who is pictured with two other Weirton natives, Rebecca Garan (right), Class of 2027, and Andrea Alimario (left), Class of 2028.

All are graduates of Madonna High School (Garan’17, Alimario’19, Crawford ’20) where each earned Valedictorian honors in their respective graduating classes. From Weirton to Huntington, the trio shares in the journey of becoming physicians destined to provide expert medical care to future patients.
