The following items are the upcoming schedule of events for the senior class.

Friday, May 9 – Last day of classes for seniors.  By the end of the day, all seniors must have their lockers cleaned out.

Sunday, May 11 – Baccalaureate at 11:00 a.m.  Seniors are to meet by 10:30 a.m. in the cafeteria.  Baccalaureate will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Church.

Monday,  Tuesday & Wednesday, May 12, 13 & 14 – Senior exams.  Seniors who have an “A” average for the third and fourth nine week grading periods may be exempt from an exam.  These students must also have fewer than three (3) class tardies for the semester and three (3) class absences for the semester. Also, seniors who have an outstanding tuition balance will not be permitted to take final exams and will receive an incomplete for their final grade (as agreed upon in your tuition contract).

Tuesday, May 13 – Graduation practice at 10:15 a.m. The group picture will be taken at St. Joseph the Worker Church. Students are to bring caps & gowns.  Boys are to wear shirt & tie, dress pants & dress shoes and girls must wear dress shoes and dress outfits (no sundresses or flip flops).  After pictures, seniors will have lunch at Williams.  Pictures will also be taken at Williams Country Club.   Seniors wishing to purchase the graduation picture (cap & gown) must pre-order by this date.  The cost is $15.00 per picture.

Seniors may pick up report cards between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the school office.  Seniors who failed required courses or who do not have the proper number of credits will not receive a diploma.

Sunday, May 18Commencement at 2:00 p.m.  Seniors are to meet by 1:15 p.m. in the cafeteria.  The commencement ceremony will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Church.  The commencement speaker will be Lucy-Jo Dimaggio, Madonna High School Class of 1994.  All parents, family and friends are invited to attend this special event.

In June 2014, final transcripts are mailed to colleges/universities for those students who are cleared through the office.
