Madonna High School will celebrate homecoming week  starting on Monday, October 27, 2014 and ending with the homecoming dance at Pepsi Cola Road House on Saturday, November 1.  Beginning on Monday, students will decorate the doors of the class advisors for a contest that will be judged on Wednesday.

Monday’s theme is The Eighties and/or crazy hat day.  Whoever comes in with the best 80’s wear will win a $15 gift card from Sheetz.  The end of the day activity will be a volleyball game with the girl’s volleyball team taking on the senior boys.

Tuesday’s theme is “Mock Toronto Day” with students wearing red and white.   The end of the day activity will be an obstacle course with the king and queen court and a three point shoot out with students from each homeroom.

Wednesday will be Mass day and students can wear their selected colors:  Seniors – black; Juniors – Green; Sophomores – White, and Freshmen – Pink; Teachers – Purple.  A pep rally will be held on Wednesday evening in the school gymnasium beginning at 7:00 pm,  with the crowning of homecoming king.  The pep rally will be preceded by a parade beginning at the old Sheetz parking lot.

Thursday is Madonna Spirit  Day with students permitted to wear their Madonna gear.  The end of the day activity will be game competitions.

Friday is Halloween costume day with a prize being awarded for the best costume.  The end of the day activity will be relay races and mock court.

On Friday evening the Blue Don football team will play Toronto High School.  The homecoming queen will  be crowned during half-time.

Students not participating in any of the theme days are to be in uniform.
