Mr. Arlia is a 2008 graduate of Madonna High school and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in social studies education. He is currently working towards a masters at Wheeling Jesuit University. He’s been employed by Madonna High school for two years and he currently coaches Junior Don Football and Basketball.
